Joanne joined the staff of REALTY MARTS International on Pensacola Beach in 1986 and following extensive training and involvement in all phases of the Resort Management Department, she was appointed manager in 1988.  Under her direction, "RMI Vacations" has grown to new dimensions, resulting in the most efficient, responsive service available to owners and guest.
