What is an email newsletter?
Marketing experts agree that email is the communication method of choice
for the 21st century. Most email newsletters contain up to 10 or 12
items with news tidbits about your company such as new products, brief
bios on outstanding staff members, specials you might be offering,
helpful hints, calendar items and a reminder that you exist! An e-newsletter is the most cost-effective way to communicate directly with your clients.

How do I find my clients' email addresses?
Ask for them! You ask for your customers information all the time, just
add email address to the list. Make sure you let them know that you will
be sending them information from time to time. One of the easiest ways
is to set aside a prominent area on your web-site front page for
customers to sign up for the email newsletter. Also, add email address
to the forms you have your customers fill out. You should contact your
existing clients (probably by phone) and let them know you are starting
an e-newsletter, inform them of the frequency and get their o.k. to put
them on your list. If you don't have personnel to do this research, our
company can provide this service for an extra fee.

How often should I send a newsletter out?
This varies from business to business. If you are a health club
promoting your new programs, camps, seminars or membership specials,
then quarterly is fine. Others such as those in the hospitality industry
might want to communicate more frequently as a way to fill rooms in
hotels and tables in restaurants. For most businesses, bi-weekly
distribution is as frequent as I would recommend simply because people
tend to sign up for too many newsletters and are bombarded with
information! You want your newsletter to be special, something they look
forward to reading.

Can I put the newsletter on my website?
Sure, we have a couple of options. We can email the newsletter to your
webmaster to post on your site before we send it out to give your
clients a choice to view it online. We will include a link to that page in the
e-newsletter, or we can host the e-newsletter on our site for an extra fee.

How will you get your information?
First we will set up a meeting to discuss what kind of items you want to
see in your newsletter and you will assign someone from your office to
be the main contact person. I will work through that person to collect
the information you want included and put the newsletter together.
Before distribution, your assigned person must review the newsletter for
accuracy, etc., and send me approval for sending it out.

OPTIONS
We will be accepting a limited number of clients to ensure quality
service. Pricing and distribution options are listed below:

Quarterly         $250
Monthly           $200
Bi-Weekly        $150
All of the above require a six-month contract.

EMAIL PROGRAMS

We prefer to use Microsoft products, but will work within any program you choose to purchase.

Address Input

$300 for the first 1000 addresses provided to our data processor. $100
per 350 addresses after that. We will invite your clients to join the list as opt-in lists have proven to be much more effective.
